Dropship
Dropshipping is an arrangement between a seller and a supplier/manufacturer where the seller can promote and sell merchandise that is stored and shipped by the supplier directly to the seller or the sellers customer's. In this arrangement, the seller does not own any product inventory. When the seller sells the product, such as a Laptop LCD Screen, via their own internet store or in their physical retail computer repair shop, they then place an order with the supplier to obtain the product they have sold. This "virtual inventory" method allows a small business to avoid tying up money and warehouse space in costly inventory. Drop shipping is used by online marketers and small businesses to allow them to sell a wide variety of expensive or unique items that would cost too much to keep in their regular inventory. It is also useful when marketing new tech gadgets that have an unknown market demand.
